I’m not so much a ‘dress wearer’ either, but throwing a skirt on with a cute tee & flip flops {in the summer time} & a skirt with a long tee & bright cardigan, tights & boots {in the colder months}, seem to help me feel a bit more dressy every once & again. P.S. Your tunic is BEAUTIFUL!
