This is the Ebook I wish I had written. Instead, it is written by the adorable Hayley, The Tiny Twig, who also wrote the 31 Day Series I wanted to write by the same name. You see, in my dreams I am a fashion blogger. But this is really not about me, it is about Hayley and her super awesome Ebook called The No Brainer Wardrobe.

I like that Hayley also includes tips for maternity, business wear and plus sized women. But my favorite section is called “How to Discern Your Body Type”.  This information is invaluable and I think the key to looking your best as a woman of any size or shape. The best part? I now know my style icons are Jennifer Lopez, Beyonce,  & Maria Menounos because they are triangle shaped, just like me!

A New Favorite Thing :: NYR Organics {giveaway}

I have always been a girly girl.  I love make up.  I love potions. Have I ever mentioned one of my favorite jobs was working at Bath and Body Works?  Or that my granddaddy who turned 90 last month sold Estee Lauder since I was a little girl?  I guess you could say, all this love of girly stuff comes natural for me.

I also love to try new things. So, when my dear friend Edie, shared a new product line with me, I was excited to run home and try all of her fun new items.  The line is called NYR Organics (that is short for “Neal’s Yard Remedies”) and is based out of London.  Apparently, this company is one of the top selling organic skincare companies in London, Japan, and Dubai. Left: White Tea Toning Eye Gel - tones and brightens the area around your eyes (It feels amazing!)

Center : Chamomile Cleanser – a cream cleanser for normal skin that soothes and hydrates. (I have a weird aversion to foaming washes that get up my nose when I wash my face?  Am I the only one?)

Right: Wild Rose Serum – a pricier item to be sure,  but when your 40 you need a nightly treatment to help make you look 20. (So worth it.)

I also love the pretty packaging and I think this would make a lovely Christmas Gift! Some of their skin care lines are made with Frankincense – which definitely says Christmas.

31 Days {Day 27} :: Two are Better {Giveaway}

Who encourages you? When was the last time you sat across the table from her or shared your cheesecake?  Did you notice that when you parted, you were stronger, just by being together?

A person standing alone can be attacked and defeated, but two can stand back-to-back and conquer. Three are even better, for a triple-braided cord is not easily broken. Ecclesiastes 4:12

God wants you to know He made you to fit with others. The best of the best are those who share your heart and passion for Him.  Those cords are the strongest.  I know relationships take time, I struggle to maintain them in my life as a busy mom of four.  But every effort is blessed.

Now, for something fun! One of my favorite writers and (in)Couragers is Holley Gerth.  I’m looking forward to seeing her this week at the Relevant Conference.   She is a writer for Dayspring and one of the amazing women behind (in)Courage.  She has the sweetest new book called “God’s Heart for You.”
